Booking a wedding band

I include a summary of the frequently asked question about booking Songful as a band or acoustic duo for Weddings and corporate events in Melbourne, Victoria , Australia interstate and overseas.

How to Book

  1. Contact me for a quote
  2.  Meet Up/Discuss
  3. Pay 30% deposit
  4. Final draft of the show, times music etc
  5. Final payment 4 weeks prior to the event


How long are your performances?

Songul receives frequent bookings for weddings as special entertainment designed as a wedding  gift to the bride and groom . In this case we generally offer an intense 30 minute concert .

When Songful is hired to cater for the ambience, creating a unique vibe for the event,  we then generally perform two sets of music in two hours with a 20 minute break in between.

Where can we see you live?

Most of our events are private. I would suggest to schedule an interview at my home studio where we can discuss repertoire and your special needs.

How long does it take you to setup?

We like to show up at the venue one hour before the actual performance.

Can Songful travel interstate?

Yes Songful does travel interstate. A quote can be established to cover accommodation and travel expenses.

Do you have Public Liability  insurance?


Do you take requests?

We  encourage requests for Wedding Ceremonies.

Are you able to play outside?

Yes but we do have to for see how to plan for  possible weather changes .

Do you have any requirements?

Yes. Easy access to electrical points and a glass of water.

Are you able to perform in different locations?

Yes. But no more then two locations. This requires packing down, transporting gear and then setting up again. This can take between 45-60 minutes (depending how long it takes to transport).
